DLC Harbour View Mortgages Corp is excited to announce our Great Mortgage Payment Giveaway! If your mortgage had funded with us on or after December 1, 2010 your name will be entered in our draw to win free mortgage payments for a year! Draws occur every three months.
We have had three quarterly draws so far. The first draw took place on March 1st at Oyster Bar where Sylvie Truman walked away mortgage free for a year! Our second draw was held at Lido Waterfront Bistro. Clients, Rob and Nancy Ekstrom were present and thrilled to be mortgage free for the next year! Our most recent draw was also held at Lido Waterfront Bistro where Feng Deng, from Vancouver BC won his mortgage payments for the next year. Congratulations to all of our winners so far and remember – you could be next!

Rules and Regulations
- All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will give 12 post dated cheques, each one equal to your Principle & Interest Payment on date of funding – or $1500.00/month, whichever is less.
- Refinances and Purchases are both eligible.
- No overpayments or property taxes will be included.
- Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first.
- Not assignable or portable.
- Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change.
- Draw will be performed by an independent third party. Only the winner will be contacted.
- One winner drawn per quarter.
- Rules and Regulations are subject to change and contest can be cancelled without notice.
